Returns and Refunds Policy - Scentsy.pk

At Scentsy.pk, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following returns and refund policy:

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Products must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
• Fragrances and perfumes that have been opened, used, or tampered with will not be eligible for returns.

2. Process for Returns

• To initiate a return, please email our customer support team at sales@scentsy.pk or at scentsy.pk@gmail.com. You could also WhatsApp at: 0335-SCENTS8
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Refunds

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days and applied to your original method of payment.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless you have received a faulty product. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Exchanges

• We only exchange items if they are sent back to us in the same condition they were received in.
